Regional taping starts in Panama City, Florida in March with the Quarterfinals and Finals in Chicago in June. Welcome the 2005 Champion "Skywalker" from NYC to defend his title. Celebrity judges will be Spud Webb, Darryl "Chocolate Thunder" Dawkins, Kenny "Sky" Walker, and Terry Porter.

Company Profile

Dee Brown was the recent winner of the ESPN Show “Dream Job 3”. Brown is an ESPN NBA Analyst on ESPN News and ESPN Sports Center.  He is also the host of ESPN “City Slam”, a show that travels around the country to find the best street ball 3-point shooter and best dunker in America.

Brown is the CEO and President of Deelightful Inc. and EDGE Basketball LLC. Brown was an original investing partner and conceptual designer of Champions Sports Complex of Orlando, a 100,000 square foot rental facility which houses 4 indoor wood basketball courts, 8 volleyball courts, outdoor football field, indoor baseball field and batting cages. It also has a full service restaurant.

On October 11, 2005, Brown was hired by the Orlando Magic as Community Ambassador. In his support of the organization, Dee will be making community appearances, working on feature and special assignments with broadcasting and will be a member of the organizations speakers bureau.

 On October 30, 2003, Brown was named Head Coach for the WNBA San Antonio Silver Stars.

Brown was previously serving as the Director of Player Development for the Orlando Magic, which he began on November 29, 2002.  Dee worked closely with the Basketball and Business Operations departments in overseeing all of the player programs and also provided leadership support to the organization and team’s basketball players as it related to both organizational goals and player development.

On April 5, 2002, Brown was named Head Coach and General Manager for the WNBA Orlando Miracle. In his first season as head coach of the Orlando Miracle, Brown directed the team to a 16-16 record and tied the franchise record for most wins in a season.  He also orchestrated the team’s first-ever trade as he added Clarisse Machanguana to the roster from the Charlotte Sting in exchange for the first round selection of the 2002 WNBA Draft and made the first-ever trade to involve a Miracle player, Elaine Powell, to Detroit for forward Wendy Palmer. 

Prior to joining the Miracle Basketball Operations staff, Brown joined the Orlando Magic corporate office as Special Assistant to Orlando Magic Operations, where he worked closely with the basketball operations, marketing, corporate sales, community relations and broadcasting departments.

The Jacksonville native, a 1990 first round draft pick (19th overall), spent two seasons with the Orlando Magic, three years with the Toronto Raptors and seven seasons with the Boston Celtics. Throughout his NBA career, Brown averaged 11.1 ppg, 2.6 rpg, 3.7 apg and led the NBA in three-point field goals made (135) and attempted (349) during the 1998-99 campaign.  He also was crowned Slam Dunk champion at the 1991 NBA All-Star Weekend in Charlotte. 

In 1990, he was named to the 1990-91 NBA All-Rookie First Team after averaging 8.7 ppg and 4.2 apg for the Boston Celtics. Brown saw action in 31 playoff games, and averaged 10.3 ppg, 3.6 apg and 2.8 rpg.

Brown, 38, resides in Windermere and is married to Tammy Brown and has three daughters, Alexis (12), Alyssa (10) and Alanni (5) and a son, Anakin (2).  Tammy is no stranger to women’s basketball as she played for American International College.  Brown and his wife Tammy are involved in numerous charity organizations throughout Central Florida, including New Hope For Kids, B.E.T.A. Center and the Orange County Rescue Mission. Brown is a Special Limited Partner with Grace Venture Partners, a firm which specializes in providing equity financing for the commercialization of military technologies.  Brown also served on the Board of Directors for the UCF Foundation, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida and the National Advisory Board for the DeVos Sport Management Program at the University of Central Florida and was named a YMCA 2002 Black Achiever. 

Natasha Singh joined Deelightful Inc. on November 1, 2005 after a combined ten

years of experience in customer service and hospitality. She worked for Rosen Hotels

and Resorts as a General Cashier, Concierge/VIP Agent and Reservations Agent during

 her stints at Rosen. Also she worked for Sun Trust Bank of Orlando for several years. She

 was accountable for handling money and keys to bank vault and and responsible for

 marketing and cross selling of bank related products and services. Singh was

 promoted to Chief Financial Officer on November 2006.

Singh primary responsibilities for Deelightful Inc. are overseeing all financial reports,

 setting up budgets and revenue generating information for Deelightful Inc. and

other entities under Deelightful Inc. and also manages the calendars of Dee Brown by

 setting, monitoring and confirming appointments and act as a liaison for Board and

 Staff Meetings and potential clients when Brown is not available.

Singh is also the Managing Partner in the Deelightful Inc. interest in Beacon Six, LLC.,

 which oversees the new upscale restaurant in Thornton Park called The Beacon.

Singh is originally from New Amsterdam, Guyana in South America but graduated high

school in Kissimmee, Florida at Gateway High School and also has a Associate in Arts

Degree from Valencia
